I'm struggling with this now and quite frankly am somewhat staggered this appears to be so difficult in an intranet built on SharePoint with Nintex.
Nintex version is 2.2.0.0
SharePoint version is SharePoint 2013 Standard Licensing.
- I want to keep my users in the branded look and feel intranet pages during this process.
- I place the Nintex list form web part in a web part zone of a page.
- Configured the WP for new form (create) and point it at my list name. All works so far.
- User submits the form.
A workflow runs part of which includes sending a link to the read only form. The form must be displayed on a web page same as the time it is created. The web page must display the form based on the item ID passed in the querystring. I find this cannot be done however as the Nintex web part must have a list item ID before it can be saved in view only setting. I don't want to be sending users to source lists, I need it looking professional and kept in the branded publishing pages. Doesn't seem like much to ask of the product really and is core intranet or internet behaviour.
As it's Standard licensing SharePoint I cannot use the query string filter web part.
Anybody got any ideas? Is this achievable?
Thanks.
