I would like to edit the infopath forms that is used in Assign to-do task,
There is no option in the Nintex workflow designer in Assign to-do task activity to edit the form
I am able to see all the infopath forms in the SharePoint Designer located in the path nintexworkflows/$workflowname$/infopath/, but sure sure which infopath to edit.
Does anybody know?
I am not able to click some buttons and save some functions working with Nintex in IE10 windows 7. When i use IE9 no problems. Are they working on a fix for this? I know Chrome doesnt work. maybe firefox?

Using Query List action I am trying to get IDs of a recuuring event from a SharePoint calendar list. But when I run the action I just get a number while the format of an ID of that item is different.
Is there a way to get IDs of recurring events?

I've got a list-based workflow which is supposed to replicate the item on which the workflow runs in a second list. The lists have a date column, "Date Field", set to date only (not date and time). For some reason, when I do a Create Item action into List 2, and reference the Item Property "Date Field" from List 1, the date is not transferred.
To work around this, I now query List 1 for the content of the item's date field, putting it in a Date Field variable. When I do Create Item for List 2, I fill the "Date Field" column with the Workflow Data from the Date Field variable. As a check, I have the contents of that variable emailed to me in a notification.
When I run this with the sample date 7/14/2013, the email notification properly lists the variable's contents as 7/14/2013 00:00:00. However, the Date Field column in List 2 reads 7/13/2013. I can't figure out why. Any help? Thanks.

I'm trying to duplicate a list item in a list and reset some fields like workflow status (Actually, I want to set it to "Draft"). And get the link of the new item to put it in a send notification action.
What I tried :
- web service : lists.asmx,
- web method : UpdateListItems
- I use <Field Name="FlowStatus">{WFConstant:FlowStatus_Draft}</Field> (the field is an hyperlink field, and the constant is specific for this field)
- I store the result in a variable wvItemDuplicated
- To get the ID of the new item from wvItemDuplicated by this Xpath query : /defaultNS:Results/defaultNS:Result/z:row/@ows_ID
It doesn't work.. Actually, I've this result for the web service :

in a workflow I add a 'wait for item update' action and configure it to wait until a text field gets updated to some specific value. After saving the action it is indicated as not configured correctly with the warning: 'The following fields must be configured: Field type is not recognized.'
I can use any field and field type (text, choice, etc.) or condition (equals, is empty, etc.) and get always the same error.
All other workflow actions seem to work fine. I tried this on two seperate SharePoint 2013 Enterprise servers with Nintex WF 2013. (First server was german plus english language pack and second OS and SPS were in english)

i have this scenario were one of the user has FULL Control access and assigned as workflow designer but the workflow actions is not displaying once creating a workflow. i already tried to remove him on the Site Owner group and re-added but still the same error.
I just came upon and interesting case where I was looking for some suggestions. If you create and event in Sharepoint you can of course recur the event. This in essence creates multiple events in your calendar however they are actually only 1 event in the events list with the start time as the first occurrence of the event start time and the end time as the last occurence end time. As such a workflow that is set to send you a reminder the day before the event will only send you a reminder for the first occurence. I couldnt quite figure out the recurrence field or how to use it...
Can anyone think of any way of exploiting the Recurrence field to trigger a reminder on the subsequent events days?

I created a workflow that creates and updates data in a new list.
In one column, the "Request Date" is entered - format = mm/dd/yyyy
In the next column, is "Month/Yr" and format = yyyy/mm
I'm trying to get the workflow to translate the Request Date to populate the Month/Yr column and I'm not getting it.
fn-FormatDate({WorkflowVariable:todaydate},yyyy/mm)
The variable todaydate is a date/time type and defaults to today's date.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong here?
I have a workflow where I'm sending a notification. I have formatted the body of the email using an inline style by editing the html of the body of the notification. After I save the changes to the html, the body looks fine and it formatted how I want it. I then save the notification action. However, if I then go and reopen the notification to edit it again, the body has reverted back to the default format. And when I go look at the html, the custom style is gone. Is this a defect or am I doing something wrong? Below is my html I'm using with the style.

Hi Everybody,
I have a workflow which querries a webservice from our system to get customer informations like Name, CustomerNo and Street. This workflow create a list item for every customer. This works very fine.
Now I want to update every customer in the list, with the new querried values from the web request, for example every day.
I tried to querry the customer list in sharepoint, take the result in a collection to update every record with the querried values, but it doesn't work.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

I have a document library that has a column called "Expiration Date"
I want a workflow that will go through the entire library, and gather a list of all documents with an expiration date that is equal to or less than CurrentDate
I have everything configured but when I hit "Run Now" it tells me that I have to choose a field to retrieve before using "Run Now"
But, I have a field select from the field drop down so I don't know what it is trying to tell me.
