Needs individual Approver comments in between approvals

Hi, I have a scenario in which Request Approval is needed from 3 groups. I included these in a parallel action. Now I need to show the history and comments entered by the first approver to the second and third approver in the form itself.

 Is it possible to add a workflow in WorkFlow Task list and update a field in the parent list?
