Nintex Workflow History resulting in a " Runtime Error "

Hi ,

 I am getting a Runtime Error i.e Server Error in '/' Application when I am opening my "View Workflow History" . The Workflow runs fine but I am unable to track its History .

Note : This happens when I am creating a Site through a Site Template and the Site Template contains the Workflow .

Can anyone suggest what to do ??
