Item Properties not being displayed in Flexi Task (Nintex Form)

Hi,

I created a flexi task in my workflow and customized its form to use Nintex Forms containing all default information such as decision, comment, item properties. In my Development Environment, the item properties was displayed properly with no issues. However, when migrating to production, the item properties will not be displayed.

I have check every settings on the form, such as list ID and Item ID and everything seems to be fine.

 Any suggestions?
