Nintex.Workflow.NWException: Failed to load StringFunction assembly

Hello Experts,

I am getting an error in nintex workflow on first request only. Everyday on first call of workflow this error occurs and after that everything runs correctly whole day,

Error:  Nintex.Workflow.NWException: Failed to load StringFunction assembly 'Nintex.InlineFunctions

Please find the error logs below,
