Update a Managed Metadata type field

Hi, Im trying to update a Managed Metadata type field using a simple 'Set Field Value' action.

However, I'm receving the following error:

'The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information.'

Is SharePoint expecting some specific syntax or is there a Nintex service pack that addresses this?
