Hi all,
I am currently working on a WF that is highly counting on functionality of delegation of tasks. While working and testing this today I run into something weird.
I've rebuild a quick test WF (see image), re-constructing the situation to see if it was my environment, the WF I was working on, or the rights I was using in my environment. All unfortunatly canceled out by this test.
I've made 3 simple variables (single lines of text), which i simply fill on the start of the form.
(In this example I used variables set in the startform, but in the bigger workflow i am working on, it also happens with variables set/generated during the WF)
The Flexi Task looks like this:
I've filled in the variables with some dummy text and start the workflow which generates a task notification e-mail filled with variables to the assignee (User A) Great, just like expected. Now, I (as a Site admin, but also as the user himself) delegate this task to User B (same account as Site Admin), and he's also receiving the task notification but this one is looking like this:
What happened? Why aren't my variables resolved? Or Is it normal the delegated user can not see them? What noob action did I perform, and if I did, how do i undo it? Like I said, my costumer is highly counting on the delegation part of my workflow.
Cheers in advance for any response,
Arnold
Edit: anticipating the first question, we are currently running version: Nintex Workflow 2010 (2.3.2.0)
