We are facing an issue with a workflow that need to send email with pictures inside it.
The problem is that we have a red cross instead of the image and we need to accept to download the picture on the mailer to display them.
The domain is already on the trusted domains of the mailer but this doesn't help. We thought about the solution to embed the pictures directly inside the email instead of using a link to a picture that is hosted on the site but I didn't find any way to do it.
Is it possible to include the pictures directly in the email?
If not, do you have some other advices?
Please note that the mailer security of the organization cannot be changed and that the domain name is already in the trusted domain list. We have try to include picture from different domain, intranet/internet; http/https and we always got the same issue.
