Call Web Service Error

Hi,

       I am getting an error in “Call Web service” action control as "Unexpected error occurred while making the request" 

But in browser level when hit the url “https://share.hexagon.com/metrology/FA/AppandTech/lx/securityrequests/test/_vti_bin/people.asmx” I am able to get the things.

Please let me know to resolve this...
