How do I start a simple 'Send Notification' workflow on a daily basis?

I can't believe the answer to this question eludes me.  I am new to Nintex workflow.

I simply want to start a workflow on a daily basis at a specific time, not based on any action or inaction, just a scheduled 'send notification'. ??
