Hello. I've created a workflow (2013) that runs parallel processes to evaluate one of the fields on the item that is being processed. When run this workflow on multiple items in the document library at the same time, the first one that starts evaluates the field correctly and takes action. The others that are running at the same time do not evaluate correctly and take the "I don't know what to do" flow.
More information:
The doc lib is set up to receive email and the workflow processes on the attachment (starts automatically upon item creation). I'm evaluating the subject line for different phrases and the file is copied to a different place in SharePoint based on the subject. I sent 4 emails with attachments to the doc lib. The first one that is sent is always the one that processes correctly. The others will not evaluate the subject correctly and do not copy the file.
Help is greatly appreciated! I'm new to Nintex, so hopefully it's just a setting or something!?
