Flexi Task Approval Form

Hi,

I am working on a demand management workflow and wants to edit the flexi task approval form. The form for approval has Ok and Cancel under the comments and again under project details. I want to keep only one.

I have tried to edit it by using infoPath but the form I am getting there has only complete task and cancal option. Any idea how can i edit this form "Attached" as required. Thanks
