Hello,
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction? I have a list called Job description list.
In that list is a column named Last Updated. This column contains the date that the job description was last updated.
I need a workflow that will look at the last updated column and if the the date it was last updated is 3 years ago or longer, I need an e-mail to be sent notifying someone that the job description is expired and it needs their attention.
Where I'm stuck is...I'm unsure how to make the workflow calculate whether the date is 3 years ago or longer.
I'd appreciate any guidance on the subject.
