Update Document Action - No linefeed and rich text possible

I'm using the update document action to insert text from a SharePoint List into a Word Document.

But all the linefeeds won't be added to the document. Also the new line function doesn't help.

Also if I have a rich text field in the SharePoint List, I only get html code in the word document. 

Any suggestions how to solve this problems easily?
