I have a workflow where it specifies the "To" email address in the Request Data page as customerconcerns@lhi.com. This mailbox is fully set up in Microsoft Exchange, and it has all the rights and priviledges in the workflow as other email individual addresses being used. Three users have access the to customerconcerns mailbox, and are able to send and reply to email from that account.
However, when one of the users who has access to the Inbox of customerconcerns tries to click on the email link and update values in a Request Data page, the following message displays, "You are not authorized to respond to this item", and the workflow is not able to be completed.
CustomerConcerns is NOT a distribution group. It is an individual email address in which a few authorized users have access to see the Inbox contents and send/reply to email from that account. What can I do to correct this and still use customerconcerns@lhi.com ?
Please help. Thanks.
