Require an Attachment,

Hello All,

I need to customize some  SharePoint list forms that will require an attachment be uploaded prior to submission. I was able to use some javascript in a content editor web part that worked with the OOTB SharePoint list form but I HATE the way those look. Does anyone know if there is a way to add the javascript to the Nintex form or another way to require an attachment?

 Any help would be greatly appreciated!
